Two sets of money, and only one is ours
This distinction runs through every document here, so it is worth stating once. What you pay for a WTS CRM plan is ours, and the refund policy covers it. What your own clients pay you — through your invoices and your own payment gateway credentials — never passes through us. Those terms are between you and your client.
Changes
When a document changes materially we will tell account holders before the change takes effect. Each page carries the date it was last updated.
