CRM for manufacturers

CRM for manufacturers and B2B suppliers

A manufacturer’s enquiries come from marketplaces, trade fairs, dealers and old customers, and most of them want a price by tomorrow. WTS CRM gives every enquiry an owner and a follow-up date, builds the quotation from the buyer’s record and keeps the order’s invoice and payments on the same page.

Sound familiar?

Enquiries scattered across channels

IndiaMART, trade-fair visiting cards, dealer calls and email requests are tracked in different places, or not at all.

Price requests answered late

The quotation needs the right rates, quantities and HSN codes, so it waits until the one person who knows them is free.

Samples sent, follow-up forgotten

A buyer receives the sample or the price list, and the next call depends on someone remembering.

Outstanding payments in a ledger

Which orders are part paid and how much each buyer still owes is checked in the accounts software, away from sales.

How WTS CRM works for manufacturers

01

Bring every enquiry into one list

IndiaMART pushes buyer enquiries in through a lead source; trade-fair lists import from Excel with duplicates caught.

02

Give each buyer an owner

A default owner per source, so every enquiry has one person accountable for the reply.

03

Quote with your item lines

Products as quotation lines with HSN code, quantity, unit, rate, discount and GST, shared as a link.

04

Convert, invoice and collect

The accepted quotation becomes a GST invoice with the same lines, and part payments are recorded as they arrive.

What manufacturers use most

IndiaMART enquiries arrive on their own

Each one comes with the buyer’s name, mobile, email, company and message, and a repeat buyer is added to the existing lead.

Quotations for many line items

Quantity, unit, rate, discount and GST per line, with totals and the CGST, SGST or IGST split worked out as you type.

Viewed alerts and versions

You are emailed the first time the buyer opens the quotation, and a revised price keeps the earlier version on record.

Follow-ups that survive a busy week

Moving a lead to Contacted, Qualified or Proposal books its next follow-up, and the 9:00 email lists what is due.

Everything included

Most manufacturers start on the Team plan at ₹2,499 a month, after a free trial. Compare plans.

  • Lead management — Every enquiry in one pipeline, with its status, temperature and notes kept together.
  • Follow-ups and tasks — The next call or message is scheduled, prioritised, and waiting for you each morning.
  • Clients and projects — When a lead is won, the relationship carries on in the same place.
  • GST invoices and payments — Bill the work you won and see exactly what is still owed.
  • Teams and roles — Share one workspace, and give each person only the access their job needs.
  • Reports and your data — See how the pipeline is doing, and keep full control of what is in it.

Questions from manufacturers

Can it take enquiries from IndiaMART automatically?

Yes. Create an IndiaMART lead source, copy its URL and paste it into the push setting of IndiaMART’s Lead Manager. Each enquiry then arrives as a lead with an owner.

Can I add HSN codes and units on quotations?

Yes. Every line has a description, HSN or SAC code, quantity, unit, rate, discount and GST rate.

Does it handle inventory, production or dispatch?

No. It is not an ERP. There is no stock, purchase order, production planning or e-way bill. It covers the sales side: enquiries, follow-ups, quotations, invoices and payments.

Can dealers or distributors use it?

There is no dealer portal. Your own team members each get a seat; dealers can be kept as clients with their own notes, quotations and invoices.

Which plan does a small sales team need?

Team (₹2499 a month) includes 5 seats; extra seats are ₹399 each. Agency includes 15 seats. Quotations, projects and invoices come with Solo and above; Starter covers leads and follow-ups only.
