What to write about, and where
- Access and accounts — being let in, an access period that has lapsed, or a plan change: support@webtotalsolution.com.
- Billing — an invoice you do not recognise, or a refund under the refund policy: the same address, with the invoice number or the date you were charged.
- Your personal data — to see, correct, export or erase it. Most of this you can do yourself from settings; the privacy policy sets out the rest.
- Someone else’s data in a workspace — if you believe a WTS CRM user holds data about you, write to us and we will pass it to them. They decide what is in their workspace; we hold it on their behalf and cannot change it for them.
- Security — if you think you have found a vulnerability, tell us before telling anyone else. We will not pursue anyone who reports a genuine issue in good faith and does not exploit it.
- Abuse — if a WTS CRM account is being used against you: to spam you, harass you, or send content that breaches the acceptable use terms, tell us who and how. We investigate and can suspend the account; we are not a party to the underlying dispute, but we do not let the platform be used that way.

How long we take
- We acknowledge a complaint within 48 hours of receiving it.
- We resolve it, or explain plainly why we cannot, within 15 days.
- A request about your own personal data is answered within 30 days, as the DPDP Act expects.
Write from the email address on the account where you can — it lets us answer properly instead of spending the first reply establishing who you are.
Governing law
Disputes are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have exclusive jurisdiction, as set out in the terms.
